Unlike previous projects, side focuses on objects that have been cut by cutters. The first issue covers food, followed by issues on wood and stone. The magazine explores the act of cutting itself, as well as the cross-sections left behind.
Cross-sections of avocado, eggs, and steak are placed throughout, organized by preparation time. Page numbers are labeled as days, minutes, and Celsius to form a timeline.
