The Magnificent Seven is an identity design project for a special screening event of the 1960 film.
A bold, western-style typeface is designed to reflect the tone and atmosphere of the classic western genre, and is further developed into a variable typeface for flexible application.
To express the film’s fight scenes in a dynamic way within a flat format, two contrasting battle scenes are overlapped, creating a sense of depth and tension.
